I just wanted to say a few words about the new digital aerial that you installed for my elderly mother. Despite the fact that she lives about 38 miles away in Rayleigh, Essex (near Southend), you decided that it was no problem to go along on a Saturday morning and fit it. The Rayleigh and Southend area has always been one of the last areas to receive all the digital channels, so after the upgrade day had passed recently, she lost Channel 5 completely and had not been receiving many of the other Freeview channels anyway. You even took the time to install all the channels on her Freeview box to make sure everything was working properly. She was exceptionally pleased with the first class, excellent work you carried out and has asked me to pass her thanks on once again for your superb and professional service.

Especially when it comes to blinds and shutters
He came to see us and offered us his wares
He's really enthusiastic and you can see he cares

Of all the samples we were able to choose
On this great deal you cannot lose
He will not rest til you like the design
Measured, delivered, fitted and fine

Whilst he was there we had a mini one to one
A good cup of coffee and the order was done
A few weeks later they arrived on the ship
As good as his word from his northern lip

His office in Finchley gave us the date
And a specific time, we did not have to wait
His workmen came when they said they would
And beavered half a day til the job looked good

The shutters were up and ready - a really good fit
With friends and family they are a great hit
The quality is really second to none
An added bonus it cuts out the sun

Just a thank you for the lovely arrangement you sent on the occasion of the batmitzvah in our family. I asked you for a specific arrangement and the colour and flower changes were exactly what I had in mind.

It came wrapped in glass and pink raffeta
Attention to detail, it certainly will matter
Andrew's profession brings pleasure
Something you can't really measure

But to see a vision of white, purple and pink
Is so lovely there's only one way to think
And the emotion of love this makes you feel
If you are sitting in hospital, it let's you heal

So if you are sending an arrangement for a birth
The receiver will accept it for what it's worth
A birthday, anniversary, barmitzvah or wedding
Even a funeral which you are actually dreading

What can we say? Sue and I are simply delighted with the photographs you did for our 25th anniversary.
